PROJECT EXPERIENCE & ACHIEVEMENTS

Successfully completed more than 150 SEB/SESCO CCTV, intrusion detection, and network system projects across various sites, including hydroelectric power plants, hydro dams, central stores, Extra High Voltage (EHV) substations, 33kV substations, and 11kV substations throughout Sarawak.

Successfully completed over 100 Extra Low Voltage (ELV), ICT, and Electrical Services projects for both government and private sector clients. Services provided include lift and door access control systems, security monitoring systems, barrier gate systems, IP Public Address (PA) systems, and SMATV systems.

Successfully supplied and delivered thermal handheld detectors to Sarawak Energy for transmission line and substation monitoring purposes.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Comprehensive Maintenance

Provide full maintenance services for security and communication systems at various Sarawak Energy hydro dams and Central Store.
Provide full maintenance for security, intrusion alarm, and network systems at Sarawak Energy substations throughout Sarawak.
Provide full maintenance for the License Plate Recognition (LPR) system and vehicle barrier system at Menara SEB.

Non-Comprehensive Maintenance

Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm, LAN network, structured cabling, and other ELV systems.
Services include troubleshooting, repair, replacement of faulty parts, periodic inspection, and attending to breakdown calls, including minor upgrading or modification works when required.
